The 2nd Regional Deep Water Offshore West Africa Exploration & Production Conference & Exhibition, scheduled for October 2-6, 2007 at the Talatona Conference Centre in Luanda, Angola.
The Deep Water Exploration, Development and Production successes in the Angola Lower Congo basin are leading the industry in West Africa. Indeed, during the First NAPE and AAPG Regional Deep Water meeting in Abuja in November 2004, it was clear, that Angola is leading Africa in the pace of discoveries, their development and transition into production.
In 2007 Angola will open its door to the Global Oil and Gas Industry to showcase successes in Deep Water Angola as well as other developments in the region.
To this end Sonangol and Ministry of Petroleum, with the cooperation of the Angolan Oil and Gas Industry, has approved the creation of a Conference Committee to manage and plan the 2nd Regional Deep Water Offshore West Africa Exploration and Production Conference & Exhibition, scheduled for 2-6 October, 2007 at the Talatona Conference Centre in Luanda, Angola.
The conference is technically and financially supported by Sonangol and the major operators in Angola, as well as the service providers and contractors. It is endorsed by the AAPG and NAPE and the Ground Operator is EnergyWise.
The Convention Committee is putting together an exciting conference and exhibition programme and we welcome your participation, either as speaker, attendee, exhibitor or student.
